Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Lily Holt merchandise. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.
Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund. Merchandise returned after seven (7) days of receipt will incur a twenty-five dollar ($25) re-stocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. Damaged and / or Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
Merchandise may be returned in person at our store, located at 150 Worth Ave., Palm Beach, FL 33480, during normal business hours.
Merchandise may also be returned via mail. On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), or store receipt, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Lily Holt purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip or receipt with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for merchandise that is not returned in accordance with these instructions. We are not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipment.
